Placing an order with NEW HAIR PTY LTD trading as Help Hair Australia, known from here on as Help Hair Australia indicates your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

In no event shall Help Hair Australia, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages related to and goods or products product sold.

Help Hair Australia aims to include in the products list up-to-date pictures of the goods, supplements or hair products found within its website www.helphair.com.au. At times, the picture of the goods, supplements or hair products on the product list may differ from the goods actually supplied to you. Help Hair Australia does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the product list and recommends that you read the labels on any items, products or goods very carefully and seek independent, professional medical advice before making any purchase or before consuming or using any goods or products that may be contained within this website.

Warranty & Returns Disclaimer:

If any goods or products contained on this website have a proven fault, defect or malfunction due to manufacturing Help Hair Australia will refund or exchange the goods or products and freight cost (original postage receipt must be included with return if applicable) subject to in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy schedule.

General Return’s policy (non manufacturer faulty goods):  

General Returns within 7 days from original purchase date have a 15% restocking fee with any shipping charge non-refundable. All goods and products with an expiration date will be sold and posted within the intended ‘use by period’ as stated from the maker or manufacturer.

Goods and products that have met or exceeded the intended ‘use by date’ as clearly marked with an expiration date, as set by the maker or manufacturer, whilst in the possession of the individual (s) or organization that has purchased the goods or products from Help Hair Australia will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless the goods or products were purchased from Help Hair Australia within 30 calendar days of the expiration date as labeled on the goods or product.

Goods which have been opened, damaged, misused or in any way used in a manner contrary to the intended use by the maker, manufacturer or distributor and or deliberately modified will void the warranty.

Out of Stock

Help Hair Australia will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, please be aware that our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. Unfortunately, we cannot process back-orders, so in this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time. In this circumstance, we will also offer you the option to cancel the order in return for a full refund.

Order Changes or Cancellations

As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Help Hair Australia due to the cancellation of your order. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will try to accommodate your request.

Pricing Policy

Help Hair Australia is carefully monitored by our staff to provide customers with competitive pricing. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in-house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Laws

This Agreement, its Terms and Conditions and the use of this site shall be governed by the laws in existence in Australia. You agree that any claim relating to the Site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in the state of WA, Australia.
