Help Hair™ Peppys Hot and Spicy Hair Shake*

1 heaping scoop Help Hair Protein Shake – Vanilla
1/2-1 tsp of crushed chilli peppers. Add slowly to taste.
Mix with 12-16 oz of water
1-2 x per day

*Caffeine and chilli peppers alone will not regrow hair without Help Hair™ Shake.
*We do not recommend this recipe if you have a thyroid problem or weak stomach including gastritis, reflux or any other problems stemming from spicy foods.

Proper Mixing Tips

Can I mix Help Hair™ Protein shake with ice to chill it?
If you mix the shake with ice you may get bloating.

Can I mix the shake with soy milk?
Help Hair™ Protein is recommended to be mixed with either water, low-fat milk or almond milk or coconut water. Not recommended with soy milk.

Can I heat the shake or microwave it?
No. You will degrade the protein.

How much water should I mix with the shake so it tastes good?
Dilute the shake in 12-16 ounces of water, nut milk, milk etc. to adjust the sweetness.

How many servings are in the shake tub?
There are 30 servings for men and 60 servings for women. Some settling may occur since this is a whey protein.

Do I need to refrigerate the shake?
The shake need not be refrigerated but make sure you keep the Shake in a room temperature no greater than 79-80 degrees.

Can I mix the shake with my current whey protein?
No. You will decrease the efficacy of Help Hair™ Shake.

Can I take more than 2 scoops a day of the Shake?
No. if you do you will become anabolic.

I want more protein with the shake. What can I do?
Add peanut butter or yogurt or milk (additional 8gms protein per serving).

Can I mix the shake with hot water or hot milk?
Do not mix Help Hair™ with hot water or milk or heat it at all. Heat denatures the proteins within the shake.

I am lactose intolerant and I think the shake may upset my stomach?
Mix the shake with juice and let it dissolve the lactose for an hour before drinking. And start slowly when using the shake. Start the first few days with half a scoop and work up to a full scoop.
